గత ఇరవై ఏళ్లలో వచ్చిన సినిమా పాటల్లో నాకు బాగా నచ్చిన పాటలు which really impressed me are very few. Maybe less than ten.
Only a few songs seem to achieve that magic mix of good music, lyrics, singing, recording, acting and picturization.
I am not against new age songs per se. Still I feel the present day songs lack the soul and melody of 70s and early 80s.
Cine music trends keep changing. Only a few songs live forever.

ప్రతి సంగీత దర్శకుడికి career best songs కొన్ని ఉంటాయి. I don't know if Raghu Kunche will have an occasion to compose such a song again. Shreya Goshal is a gifted singer who did full justice to this song. Puri Jagan, the actors, songwriter.. everything seems to fall into place.
2) ఉన్నట్టుండి గుండె వంద కొట్టుకుందే - నిన్ను కోరి - గోపి సుందర్ - రామ జోగయ్య శాస్త్రి - కార్తీక్ - చిన్మయి.
Gem of a song. Superb music, lyrics, acting, picturization. The lead actors Nani and nivetha Thomas are likeable. No wonder this song struck a chord with young and not so young alike.
